living here 4-years landlord takes garbage out of garbage and putting it into common areas with notes for over a year. - he entered his apartment twice without any notice, (then with missing property)- entering the aprartment many times to look at and fix things, but without any explaination- 12-20 units in building, puttig garbage in laundry and mail rooms- lease expiring end of November, has Qs about new lease agreement- charging $50/month for storage that is not being used- ten

The construction noise is absolutely way over the legal DB limit. My entire apartment building is shaking at 8:00 in the morning. This is absurd.

The steel plates you have left covering the roadway on 43rd st near the intersection of 12th is absolutely absurd. Every car that drives over these plates causes the entire building to shake and there's an extremely loud thundering sound. I cannot sleep, or do anything related to my work in music production because of this excessive noise which exceeds safe db levels. This is unacceptable
