BLUE SLIP: Residential construction site left unattended propane heater on overnight and through weekend; 3 feet of flames found coming out of heater; 911 and fire dept called who put out flames. Could have easily put the entire bare wooden structure on fire and threatened families living in adjacent buildings. Despite this event, builders continue to leave unattended propane heaters on overnight.

OBSERVED VIOLATION OF THE SEATTLE LAND USE AND ZONING CODE (INOPERABLE VEHICLE-, LIC # 586-KDF, IN FRONT YARD. SPOKE TO FEMALE WHO SAID SHE OWNS PROPERTY. HER DAUGHTER IS THE OCCUPANT. VEHICLE WAS ABANDONED ONE YEAR AGO. OWNER IS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE VEHICLE BUT DOES NOT HAVE TITLE. AGREED TO PROVIDE VEHICLE OWNERSHIP.
