Per Online; Construction crew without a permit destroyed and cleared away vegetation on an environmentally critical and protected slope. It should also be noted they were not following social distancing nor state required mask rules.

Per Online; A surveyor from Chadwick & Winters Land Surveying working for the development at 4415 1st Ave. NW came on our property without permission and with a "No Trespassing" sign posted and refused to leave until I called the police. He then called me "a dick". Also, boards and debris have fallen onto the property during demolition.
