PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: There is a huge asbestos problem in the basement parking garage. The ceiling is covered with old asbestos insulation, which is protected by plastic sheeting. The problem is that the plastic has huge tears and gaps, so the insulation is exposed in many parts of the ceiling.
