Outside on the sidewalk there is trees with really long leaves and weeds growing off the tree and makes it really impossible to see to turn I was in a car accident due to not being able to see there at all. The weeds and leafs are growing off tree and ground around trees on sidewalk and need to be cut back they make it so you cant see traffic that is coming towards you and caused an accident for myself.

I moved out of my apartment on June 11th, and owl apartments has failed to return calls and emails asking for information about the deposit and any refund. It is now July 14th, over 30 days past move out and no information or refund has been provided by them. They have been contacted through the email and phone number provided in the email I received saying I owe a move out balance, which doesn't explain what any of the charges are for.

I think it is a huge safety issue that at my Apartments they have on each floor by each elevator a sign posted that says in case of an emergency call 911 and has the address to the apartments well every single sign has the incorrect zip code. Instead of Northgate it's for North Bend. Also the sign on the first floor says NEW instead of just NE.
