The garage on the west side of the lot has 2 gutters that are in disrepair and do not manage rainfall adequately. As a result, the water runs off the gutters and into the lot south of the garage (townhomes at 1117 14th Ave, 1119 14th Ave, and 1121 14th Ave). The water from the broken gutters creates erosion on the property of 1123 that runs into and through the fence. This is damaging the fence and is carrying garbage through the slats in the fence, as there is a lot of garbage between the sout
