Maintenance Complaint - Our landlord has known our freezer has not been working properly since 8/7/24. An initial fix was put in but it did not fix the problem. We let them know on 9/5/24 it still was not working. Since then, no fix has been implemented, multiple LG technicians have come out with minimal communication from our landlord.
