Management authorized workers to set up sawhorses 15ft near car. There was dust everywhere. Says that site manager authorized and told workers not to worry about tenant. Called back 12/22 to add GS Kitchen and Bath are the perpetrators. She said white dust particulate are on her car from their work. She is seeking tenant rights on this matter.

Per online complaint "Substandard rental conditions. My apartment has black mold and it wasn't disclosed to me upon my renting this unit, or that the previous tenant had moisture issues. I had my apartment air tested by Pacific Northwest Inspection Group and the results showed a positive high spores count."
