Per 3/31/08 online complaint (rec'd 4/1/08): "Land Owner recently constructed a metal garage. Sub-surface drainage has not been provided and grades have been raiesed and modified to slope away from the structure toward my property/house. I am very concerned over the amount of water/drainage."

Per 12/17/07 online complaint (rec'ed 12/24/07 by VAS)): "Observed that drilled pier in SE corner crushed the side sewer for the property. Was repaired on Sat. No side sewer permit appears to have been drawn. Foundation inspect sched. today. They probably backfilled over swr. Pier will be on/next to swr"***SS repair w/o permit***
