Mold issues, mushrooms growing out of the carpet. Stove burners not working. The elevator has been out for weeks. Window that were promised to be replaced, seems to be on permanent hold or retaliation. The landlord gives us short notification when they need to enter, then don't show up. We have to take off of work for the scheduled visit, and puts us in a bind when they don't show.
