Our landlord (Ballard Realty) did not return the full deposit and statement of charges to the tenants (myself and roommate) until after 21 days in violation of RCW 59.18.280. Landlord claims that they placed the deposit and statement in the mail on the 21st day, however, this directly conflicts with the USPS postmark date on the letter containing the deposit and statement. The postmark date on the letter is 24 days after move out. I can provide pictures of the letters with the
