Management not upholding the no-smoking on property policy of the lease. Tenant in C221 smoking on deck and in unit since move-in, 4/29/23. Numerous contact to management to have the no-smoking policy enforced however, cigarette smoke is still coming into C321, it has been 5 weeks with no resolve.
