Severe plumbing issues in unit. Sewage pump was installed in closet improperly. Sewage and fecal matter constantly sweating into apartment. Floor around toilet flooding with fecal matter. Cannot take shower or use dishwasher. Landlord is charging $400 for every time maintenance comes out, but nothing is fixed. Seeking tenant rights and requesting inspection.
