Per Online; Zoning violation at 11322 Meridian Ave Unit A. The address is zoned for single family use, but is used as a boarding house. I'm told by the tenants that there are 8 rooms for rent, and that they generally don't know the names of most of the other renters.There are usually about 5 cars parked in front during the day, and 7 overnight.
