Strong animal urinesmell in one of therooms has renderedit uninhabitable, even after the carpet was replaced. The landlord is trying to raise the rent and I'm not sure if this is legal due to the housing repair issue. The landlord has offered to allow tenants to break the lease without penalty and has told us we have until May 30th to respond. But we have not been offered any relocation or moving assistance. I wantto know my rights.
