The previous property management company has charged me an unfounded and exorbitant cleaning fee after move out of above $1,000. I have videos and photos of how I left the apartment after moving out, and their statement for such a high cleaning bill is that I left the place in such disarray as to warrant 14 hours of cleaning to bring it back to their high standard of cleaning.
