9/1/2026 Spoke to Complainant, states there is junk storage on front deck and in backyard. This is an abandoned property owner is not maintaining. A nearby residential property has four suspiciously hazardous 100ft Douglas fir trees which are completely neglected and overgrown with ivy. The ivy extends up more than 75% of the trees' height and has substantial width/air resistance like a sail. The trees themselves are missing pine on the majority of their limbs.
