CONSTRUCTION Complaint. The residents built a heavy rock road from 40th Ave NE directly along the southern border of the property. It is built to create an upward grade so that TRUCKS, VANS, and CARS can travel along the southern border to their back yard. The back yard is full of 5 Work Vans that are labeled "Impact Builds". There is one car under a tarp in the back yard, and other assorted vehicles come and go. Currently, the total is 6 in the back yard, to add to a full front yard of vehicle

This address/neighborhood is zoned Single Family Dwelling. It is used to store construction vehicles/vans for "Impact Builds" company. These vans drive to the back yard via a large rock road that was built past my bedroom window. The back yard is currently used as a storage facility for 4 of these vehicles that drive back and forth daily. At the front yard, there are trucks and trailers in addition to cars and pickups. One huge trailer has an orange traffic cone because it is so long, it sticks
