Construction noise late at night (as late as 1:15am on 9/23/2024) including power tools, pounding, sawing, drilling, and an air compressor. Additionally, bright work lights are while work is being performed. This has been ongoing for several weeks and keeps going later into the night. Tenant keeps project boarded up/covered during the day and only starts on this garage/driveway project at night, after dark.

Tenant that lives there has built a public model train show in his front yard. Tenant has invited the whole public and caller wants to know if this is legal.
