The rental tenants at this home own a car that has an illegally modified muffler. Every single day between 10-11pm and 6-6:30am this car makes excessive vehicle noise that can be heard from blocks away. This is in violation of multiple city ordinances and has been an ongoing daily issue for at least 3 months.
