Per Online; The tenants in this building continuously leave out huge flowing trash and piles and piles of recycling for 2 weeks at a time. The critters come and scatter the debris all over the sidewalks, on and across the street. This has been an ongoing issue for the past 2 years and seems to have intensified. There is also a coffee shop located in the building. They are also guilty of leaving their trash cans out on the sidewalk, often blocking access to pedestrians and
