Faulty electrical wiring, circuits always overloading. Baseboard heater in front room not working. Hole in bathroom wall by the shower. Complainant in process of moving out, said she would be available to let the inspector into the unit.

per online complaint dated on 12/08/2006-"This house has been vacant for several months. Junk is piling up to the left of the front door and steps. It may also be open at the back as people mill around the side and front of this vacant house. community members have called me about this.
