PER PHONE CALL: co-signed for an apartment for his daughter. Lease ends July 5, 2018. Lease agreements states that leasee will automatically go month to month or has the option of signing a 6 month lease at a higher rate. Co-signer says that they will be charged $200 more a month if they go month to month. Daughter only needs to stay there 3 additional months. Per 5/21/17 online complaint: "At the SE and SW corner of 18th and E Union, the owners erected five pole signs advertising the property. I don't see a permit for these signs-the structures appears permanent. SMC 23.55.012 states real estate signs may be posted 9 months after the C of O - the units have been occupied longer." Signs are on private property.***Installing 5 pole signs on the SE and SW corners of 18th Ave and E Union St without a permit and inspections***
