Motor running from building that vibrates my unit, has been going on since April and now for 4 days straight it sounds like a motor cycle engine idling and is making me extremely sick, ears ringing and cannot sleep. Maintenance and building management has been ignoring request for 3 days now

Electrical room on 1st floor has insanely loud motor/vibration noise off and on for hours at a time for months. Now motor is running 24/7 and is directly under my unit which makes it vibrate and is making me sick and unable to sleep or focus. Nothing is being done about this, please help
