Most importantly, homeless have broken in, and maybe living there, burning/cooking inside. Last several days since the recent workers finished. No building permit probably for new construction.Note: Work being performed is asbestos removal under approval from Puget Sound Clean Air. No construction or demo is taking place at this time, per SR 72681 - NVOIL.
