Resident has had a number of loads of soil dumped on the property. This is a steep slope ECA with Taylor Creek flowing along the bottom of the property. I am concerned that uncontrolled fill will make its way down the steep slope to the creek and cause blockage (flooding) to downstream properties. I am a Project Manager with Seattle Public Utilities, working on a project within Lakeridge Park downstream of the residence and am concerned this will affect my project.
