Per online complaint: "The Vaupell facility makes an obscene amount of noise at all hours, well into the night. Loud machinery and intense skreching noises are heard throughout the entire neighborhood well into the night (ie 3-4am). Large doors are WIDE open letting out all noise in the middle of the night. Pls help."

Per Telephone Complaint: Rain water is leaking in wall. Carpet is wet. Although management has tried to fix problem, second room has been under construction for 4 months and is in a continual state of disrepair.
