Cars park on sidewalk and use handicap curb cut to access sidewalk. Apt complex has advertised units that include these "parking" areas. Tenants often drive on sidewalk when pedestrians are also using the right of way

copied from 5/28/13 online complaint: "A professional electrician on-site stated that the electrical for the apartment complex was not up to code and could be a potential hazard. This was a few months ago, and there is no indication that the problem has been addressed."I spoke to the complaintant and he overheard conversation from the electrical contractor that electrical is not up to code in the building and he reported that they were changing out panels. He thought in unit #3.
