Air conditioning is broken and leasing is giving us the run around.A/C broke on June 15th and we immediately filed a maintenance ticket to fix it. On June 20th maintenance closed the ticket, however AC was still broken. We created a new ticket again right away, and emailed leasing, but haven't heard back since (now June 25th). So it's been 10 days since AC broke and ticket submitted, and a fix has not been done and we're getting no reaponse.

Building is skipping replacing hvac air filters for residents.In order to keep the installed hvac systems in good working order, the manufacturer recommends replacing the air filters every 6 months, however this maintenance has been skipped at Ascent apartments.
