Our next door neighbor has 3 motor homes, a back half of a truck and 4 cars (one of which is partially dismantled in clear violation of K.C.C. 23.10.040) parked on his property. Even though he has 36,550 sq feet of property, he has all of these vehicles parked around his house and into the street causing a clear danger to pedestrians and traffic.
