Complaint Summary (for SDCI Portal)I am a tenant at 115 26th Ave S, Apt #2, Seattle, WA 98144, managed by Vinece Campbell at Lynnmac Commercial. I am reporting multiple serious habitability and safety violations under RCW 59.18.060. These issues have persisted despite repeated reports and have impacted my health, safety, and ability to safely live in the unit.?1. There is a light on the Northwest corner of the building which emits a very loud, constant buzzing sound when the light turns on in the evening. The buzzing is disruptive to our ability to spend time on our back porch, in the yard, and have windows open on that side of our house. We have contacted the building's property management and for months they have not been responsive to our requests to fix this light. The light is on a timer, it turns on around 7:30-8pm, daily.

Electrical problems with circuit breaker. Breaker must stay off to mitigate unusual electrical conditions from outlets in bathroom (i.e., static-like sounds). Entire unit is without power, with the exception of hallway and bathroom lights. Landlord has been largely unresponsive.
