Tenant moved into home 6 months ago in Seattle. It is nominally run as an air b-n-b. The LL says his tenancy is week to week. He pays 400 per week. LL Raised the rent with text notice of a few days. He didn't pay the increase. The LL has texted a threat that he must leave by tomorrow at 11:00 or they will call the police to have him removed.
