Fire hazards and lack of tenant protections. The building had an attempted break in more than three years ago. At that time, the front door was broken. A then-resident requested emergency repairs, however the request wasn't attended to. The resident had to physically break off a piece of the door and perform minor repairs. There's a parking garage, Republic Parking lot 30-515C, on Warren Ave N. I could not find the specific address and the location doesn't show up on their website. Its across the street from my residential building, The Bernard, 115 Warren Ave N. Every Monday morning at 4am they have garbage collected by Recology and it wakes me up every week. Numerous apartment building surround this location, so garbage pickup should not be until at least 7am. Please help me push back their garbage collection t
