Live under SHA, complaint about living conditions. The heat works but the fan doesn't working, heating system is old and rusty and falling apart. Available next Tuesday to be called. Complainant is deaf and uses a ASL interpretor.

Ceiling sprinkler leaking last Friday (filled a bucket within an hour). Called emergency maintanence at 5PM and they didn't come until 10:30PM and have never come back. Tenant got sick and was throwing up blood--went to ER last night because of reaction to mold caused by water leak.
