001817-21CP seems to have addressed these issues, but customer revisited by phone with RRIO admin staff:Needs assistance with rental unit as a Landlord.Needs Mandarin language line assistance. Tenants are moving people in and adding pets which is against the lease.Any help greatly appreciated.Please share results of call with RRIO admin CG.

PSE installed two natural gas compressor stations on south side of property on planting strip, permitted by Street Use. Complainant is owner of the property and complaining about the excessive noise coming from the compressors.
