Maintenance requests are not being addressed. Oven bake element is broken and oven has been unusable since 7/29/26. I reported the issue through tenant portal ("Homebody" app) on 7/29/26.There is an additional maintenance request submitted 8/2 via tenant portal regarding the shower lining coming away from the wall and allowing water to get behind it. This has been unsuccessfully "fixed" previously and the fix has failed. Texted manager on 8/3 to ensure both issues were brought to his att
