Resolved

Complaint: LandLord/Tenant

Opened February 21, 2020

I had been renting the house at 11522 39th Ave NE since 2018. I moved out in November of 2109 and have yet to receive a refund of the deposit, so the landlord is withholding it illegally. Also I did not receive the `detailed statement' that they are supposed to send within 21 days.
