Multiple attempts of retaliation by landlord. I leased a property at 11532 4th Ave NW, lease starting Feb 1st. On May 1st I shared a letter with the landlord that I want early termination on May 31. May 6th landlord advertised property on Zillow with the price 25% higher than my rent. On May 10 when I noticed that I wrote an email to the landlord asking to reduce the price and citing RCW 59.18.310 and his duty to re-rent at fair rental since by lease I am responsible to paying rent until he fin
