Squatters currently occupy one or more rooms in the residence who have no keys and climb into vacant room windows using ladders, have vehicles blocking driveways of other residents regularly, have vehicles blocking access to utilities and emergency services regularly, and are also involved in suspected drug use/sales (methamphetamines) as reported by a current legal tenant in the residence.

New owner changed house to 8-9 bedroom rooming house with lockable rooms (4 bedrooms on main, 5 bedrooms on lower level), added windows to the garage and converted the garage into two bedrooms. Complainant has been inside of the house, and can provide more information to the inspector. Construction is done, but it is not rented yet.

Per online complaint: "This is a cul-de-sac of 6 single family homes. The house I am complaining about is House F. It is being rented by a man who is running what he calls a "ministry house" - a boarding house and church. A minimum of 9 cars are parked on the front yard and driveway, also blocking access to other home owners.
