Our neighbor has been doing construction inside their house, and for over 2 months there has been construction garbage and appliances sitting on their front lawn. We assumed they're awaiting pickup, but now other people are DUMPING in their yard! It's egregious.

Per Online; complete house remodel with no permits pulled. Garbage is piling up in front yard.  Garbage is blowing around the neighborhood.  Other people are driving by and dropping off garbage in front yard.

Per Online; Front Yard being used as a dumping ground.  For months piles have been building.  Another neighbor was seen adding to the pile so now it is being used by others to dump.  The pile includes food which causes a crow frenzy where they drop the trash all over the neighborhood.  This is unsightly and unhealthy.
