Per online complaint "Occupant does not take care of overgrown vegetation in public right of way. Blackberrries are grown 5 ft high and 2 ft into the road. As there is no sidewalk, pedestricans are forced to walk in the middle of the street. Vegetation is obscuring traffic in intersection."

Tenants in rental property operating small childrens day care in residential zone w/o permit. Sandwich board sign on the property advertises the business. Some blackberry brambles located in the planting strip may be encroaching onto the street, but it may be difficult to enforce because there are no curbs to define where the street begins.
