Loud high pitched noise occurring every couple of minutes, day and night, since last Friday, 4/3/20.It appears to be coming from the next door apartment complex but admittedly a bit hard to tell. There's a top floor unit with a window unit that appears to be still be occupied but the tenant has been gone for a week or more. I've made a complaint before anonymously, but it appears that the inspector, Dan Powers, did not hear it when he was out here. Please contact me when in

Per Online; There has been a high pitched sound coming from this building since last Friday, 4/3/2020. It's likely a low battery fire alarm or smoke detector. It's very loud and piercing, and goes off every couple of minutes. Day and night. It appears to be coming from a vacant unit on the top floor with a window open (visible from alley). I've contacted property manager (GuidePM) but they have not remedied. It should not take longer than 10 seconds to alleviate the suffering
