nieghbor building ADU unpermitted and not to code.increased height of existing structure in alley by building new roof system not property supported or structurally stable. solely used only a single 2x4 on exterior corners to support new roof that are not supported by footing or anything structural, only attached to existing wall. potentially dangerous to future homeowner or roofing contractor that unknowing doesn't realize that roof system is not property supported.
