PER CSB: Person is sleeping on a mattress and has other belongings with him blocking the disability ramp used by residents of building. There I also a ton of garbage and litter around his encampment.

Duplicate complaint: 008658-23CPPER CSB: A person moved a mattress into the gated off area of our apartment building and has been living there. They smoke in the area and leave trash everywhere.

PER PHONE COMPLAINT: tenant was instructed by the Tenant's Union of Washington State to call SCDI.The manager of his apartment is attempting to have him sign a "One Way Lease." He is concerned about the lease and wants to know his rights. Two pipes burst in his unit. In order for the managment to properly repair unit, they are asking him to transfer to another unit.
