the only trash / waste access is through waste chutes on each floor , there are 6 floors @ this location...on at least one floor , the chute door does not engage but drops suddenly & strikes the resident..this happened once again this morning bruising my leg in the process....but what stands out ? The trash chute is layered from probably years of whatever attaches itself to...the smell & gooey dripping mess likely has more pathogens in one centimeter than the whole street in front of the buildi
