The upper unit was deemed uninhabitable by the city after a fire in the house last May. The electric meter for the unit was capped until the owner made the proper repairs to the unit. The owner tapped into the electricity of the lower unit and allowed renters to move into the upper unit.

Per Online; In May of 2022 there was a fire at 117 11th Ave E. The owner of the property did minimal remediation on the upper unit and allowed new residents to move in a number of months later. I am concerned with the integrity of the upper levels. As far as I'm aware the city deemed the upper unit uninhabitable and capped the electric meter to the upper unit.
