Complaint: Land Use
Opened November 14, 2008 · Updated November 25, 2008
Per on line complaint, I am concered that this landlord is running an Illegal duplex. He is renting the main floor of the house and the garage to set of tenants, and the basement to another tenant. The house is zoned as a single family home, and former tenants were forced to share a mailbox with a stranger downstairs.
