I have lived in my apartment for 2.5 years, and have had an issue with cigarette smoke, and occasionally marijuana coming from my bathroom. It is constant, emanating mainly from my shower and vanity, and contaminating all linens and items stored in the bathroom. I have tried numerous things to remedy this or at least improve it, with no success. I currently have two air purifiers running to help, but it barely makes a dent. overgrown vegetation, 10+ months old... now rotting, blocking multiple walk ways, blocking driveway views, inviting vermin. It is disgusting and absurd to not have this maintained.

illegal rent increases, no carbon detector, mold, sliding back door has fallen. chipping and peeling paint, water gets in through the windows.They have raised rent multiple times without fixing any issues.

Unit 104 of the Olympic View Apartments. The unit is not compliant with the RRIO checklist, and thus, is in violation of the law (22.206.180.I). The current issues are the following: 7.1, 8.5: C, and there is mold around sliding door, window, and in bedroom walls.
