From 1/14/04 online complaint: "they have constructed a dock on piles which are UNSAFE and Im afraid small children my be hurt or drown upon its collapse.PLEASE LOOK AT THIS BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED"From Vic Simpson 1/14/04: *I tried calling the complainant to get more details and learned there is no "E. Culver" at (206) 526-5076. The woman who answered the phone at 526-5076 said there was no E. Culver at that number and gave me her neighbor, Elizabeth Culver's phone number of 364-6427. *I call
