The water pressure is inconsistent and regularly slows to a trickle. The building has attempted to fix it, but with no success. The building management states this water pressure can't be fixed due to the plumbing in the building.

Ongoing electrical issues in the unit.Toilet and tub backup with grout and trash. Access to the washer and dryer and storage unit with my personal items has been cut off. I can not go to use the washer or dryer that are in the storage area. A fire happend 2 years ago and no attempt to paint or repair any walls that were damaged.
