Ongoing electrical issues in the unit.Toilet and tub backup with grout and trash. Access to the washer and dryer and storage unit with my personal items has been cut off. I can not go to use the washer or dryer that are in the storage area. A fire happend 2 years ago and no attempt to paint or repair any walls that were damaged.

Ongoing electrical issues in the unit. The Fire Dept responded to live wiring behind the stove and had to cut the power to the stove. Now the complainant has no functioning stove. And eight months ago the baseboard heater started on fire and damaged the surrounding area. Carpet was cut out and never replaced and the baseboard heater is still not replaced/repaired.
